Job Description

Proper Nursing care of patient admitted in various wards / ICUs, Conducts an individualized patient assessment, prioritizing the data collection based on the adult or elderly patient’s immediate condition or needs Conducts ongoing assessments as determined by the adult or elderly patient’s condition proper maintenance of ward materials, Assess patient for change in status and institute appropriate interventions. Initiate necessary emergency interventions to stabilize patient.
