Job Description

A medical investigation officer shall be responsible for understanding the requirement of the clients for each case that has to be investigated. Responsible for investigating cases by visiting the hospital for local cashless case, Reimbursement, Personal accident and death claims and also supervising field investigators/Executives at ground level. Responsible for preparing summary and detailed reports of the findings and as per the requirement of the clients on timely basis. Also responsible for communicating with insured/claimant if required. Responsible for gathering quality evidences pertaining to cases within TAT given by the clients. To maintain strong communication and relationship with client by intimating minute to minute status related to the cases. To maintain a strong co-ordination with the in house team for generating and preparing reports. To be thorough with internal software & Mobile app working if required.
